Dear Neighbor,
Please join your neighbors for our annual homeowners’ meeting. Since the turnout was so favorable for last year’s meeting, this year’s meeting again will be at one of our current Board member’s home.
When: Thursday, February 16
Time: 7:00 pm (every effort will be made to end the meeting in two hours)
Where: Kathy Baron’s home, 2720 Heidleburg Lane (if possible, please bring a chair)
Some topics on the agenda will be:
- Budget approval
- Election of Board of Directors (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer)
- Entrance update
- Website and Facebook update
- Community watch update from Officer Jackson, CMPD South Division
